Production Process
CNC machine to cutting the material according to the drawing, and then start to do jointing, add glue and use clip to fix.
Water polish-QC inspection-Packing
If have mould style, just mix the material first and then inject the material into the mould, then put them to oven machine to finalize and do grinding/polish.
Packing way:
Every piece was inserted into a plastic bag ;
Fixed with special design foam ;
Then inserted into a carton ;
Sellotape closed ;
